“Rolling the bones” in a police station comes high.

Patrolmen Henry Flattery, John Maloney, Francis Neylon and Francis Rogers, all of the Parkville precinct, were each found guilty of having played craps in the bathroom of the station early on the morning of May 2, and yesterday Commissioner Enright ordered a fine of 3 days’ pay for each or $18.30.
